   I was not able to hear the sermon this week because I had signed up to volunteer in my little boys room. I listened to it at work and was struck by what this message might mean for me as I am here in my work place. Often I feel unappreciated, angry when another department pushes blame on to me or my group. There is much fear here as we were recently acquired by another company. Many process changes have heightened stress levels and again fear. Yet here I am, a vessel which should be completing Gods love.

   I am not exactly sure how to lay down my life here at work but I know it is not by being angry or adding more fear to the problem. Kind words, patience, taking time to talk even when I am busy or fearing for my own position. I will trust Jesus to help me do these things.
